We offer free Standard Shipping to the USA, EU & UK above €50 / $50. We also offer Express Shipping at Checkout. Express Shipping is free if you hit a certain cart value.

Since we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible, this is not always possible. If you notice a mistake in your address, email us immediately. We should be able to fix it, but we can't promise anything once you have placed the order.

Yes of course. Navigate to our track shipment page and enter your tracking number, which can be found in the email we sent you. It might take 1-2 days for the tracking to show shipment information.

Shipping Protection covers packages that are lost, damaged or stolen during transit. 

Coverage takes effect immediately after checkout and continues until goods are delivered and received by the customer. 

You are not protected if the tracking states your packages was delivered, e.g. someone stole your package after it was delivered
