Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to United States (US), Mexico, Canada, Every EU Country (Except Cyprus & Malta), United Kingdom (UK), Australia

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free Standard Shipping to the USA, EU & UK. We also offer Express Shipping at Checkout. Express Shipping is free if you hit a certain cart value. Check your cart for more information on this.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we strive to process your orders as quickly as possible, this is not always possible. If you notice a mistake in your address immediately after ordering, email us immediately. We should be able to fix it, but we can't promise anything once you have placed the order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Shop Pay and depending on your country Apple Pay and Google Pay

When will my order be processed?

Since every product is made by hand after your order was placed, production takes about 1-5 days.

Can I track my package?

Yes of course. Navigate to our track shipment page and enter your tracking number, which can be found in the email we sent you. It might take 1-2 days for the tracking to show shipment information.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, if you want to order a custom size, select "Custom" on the product page and emailed us your measurements after ordering (support@ludosati.com)
