Delivery Options

We currently ship to

We do NOT ship to the USA 

We currently cannot ship to PO Boxes. 

Production Time 

Production usually takes around 3-6 business days before shipped. Every product is made by hand after you placed your order. 

During busy seasons, it might take up to 8 business days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Duties and Taxes

• EU: No taxes and duties at all since we ship from Spain (Country in the EU) 
• Other countries: Please check with your local customs office.
  

Duties, taxes, and fees (such as brokerage fees) are paid by the customer.
We have no control over these charges. If you refuse to pay them, no refund will be issued. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

Tracking

• Once the product is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number and link. 
• The package will be handed over to the courier 1 day after you receive that email. 
• It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking to update at the very beginning. This is normal. 

Delivery Related Issues:

• Shipping Cost are non-refundable. 
• If a customer did not pick up the package in time and the delivery company had to return the package to our office in Spain, you will have to pay for the shipping costs to re-ship your items. 
• In case you refuse to pay for the shipping cost, we cannot guarantee a refund since we already had considerable cost at this point and time. 
• If the delivery company had to destroy the package because you did not pick up your package or did not respond, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. 
• We are not responsible for packages that are delivered and have proof of delivery. If you think your package was stolen or is missing, we kindly ask you to contact the delivery company directly and raise a case with them.
