To apply for a refund, use the same email from your order and include your order number, which can be found in our order confirmation email.

PRODUCTION TIME: As mentioned on our product pages and in our shipping policy our production time is 3-6 business days. If you have not received an update within 3-6 business days after placing your order we are still manufacturing your product. If for any reasons we need more than 3-6 business days we will contact you as soon as possible.
