Hey there 👋, We are a team of mixed nationalities currently based in the beautiful capital of Spain, Madrid. We don't believe in outsourcing the production to another country, which is why every product is crafted from start to finish in our own little workshop here in Madrid. Since we control the entire production process, we can guarantee you a luxurious product with the highest possible quality.
But why did we choose to sell leather products for women in the first place? We believe that women are the definition of elegance. They deserve products that match their timeless beauty and elegance. Which brings us to leather. It's a natural product, luxurious, elegant and due to its look and durability - timeless.
How we ensure the Highest Quality
To our entire team, the quality of our products is the single most important aspect of this business. We not only believe it is in the best interest of the customer but also of our employees and brand.
Leather Quality - We exclusively use premium full-grain leather in all our products. This ensures that our leather is not only visually stunning but also extremely durable and resilient.
Laser cutting - Recently we decided to make the change from manual cutting to laser cutting. This ensures that each product is cut perfectly and is precise to the millimeter. We found that manual cutting is susceptible to slight errors, while precise cuts elevate the quality of our products to another level.
Edge treatment - Unlike our cutting process, edge treatment is entirely manual, as no machine can match the skill of the human hand. Our edges undergo a meticulous five-step process, ensuring they not only look luxurious but are also durable and long-lasting. This is the step many leather brands skip, and trust me when I tell you it makes a HUGE difference both in design and durability.
Quality Hardware - When it comes to buckles, rivets, spikes, and other hardware, we prioritize both design and quality. Each piece is assembled by hand to ensure that every strap, buckle, and rivet is securely in place.
Product Control - Before we ship out any product, each item is checked to ensure it meets our company standards (i.e., perfection) and that the size matches the customer's order. This only takes a couple of minutes, but almost entirely eliminates the possibility of a wrongly sent item.
Made To Order - Each item is handcrafted by our skilled artisans AFTER you placed the order. This ensures that only the newest leather, hardware, methods & designs are used on your order.
Customer Support - I hate when I get a product that is broken or the wrong size. We do everything to ensure this does not happen in the first place, but in the unlikely event that it does happen, we will 100% make sure to correct any mistake we did and to regain your trust.
