• If your size is not listed, you can order a custom size at no additional cost.

We have a 30-day return policy

Return is possible if:

- Item must be in the same condition that you received
- You tried the items on top of your underwear / clothing
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Return is NOT possible for:

- Panties (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom orders with custom size, etc.
- Items received as a gift from us

Return Process

- To start a return, contact us at support@ludosati.com and include your order number
- We will then send you further instructions
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days
