If a specific collar or paddle isn’t listed on our website in all five colors, you can still order it in your preferred color by following these steps:

Add the product you want to your cart. Any color is fine. But make sure to select the correct size and metal color.
Return to this page.
Select your leather color
Enter the name of the product you want in a custom color in the “Product Name” field above.
Add this customization to your cart.

These products are not available in other colors: Drusilla, Rue, Ella, Alectra, Octavia, Dhalia, Nagini

Note: In rare cases, your chosen custom color may be unavailable for that product. If that happens, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative solution or a full refund. You’re always welcome to reach out before purchasing to confirm whether your desired customization can be made.

Production takes around 2-5 business days. Shipping times start once production is completed.

RETURNS

Returns are no problem at Ludosati. We have a 14-day return policy.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Custom orders, e.g. products with personalized text, metal letters, custom engraving, custom stamping, custom color, custom size or custom locking collars cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
