• Each leather edge is hand-finished in a 5-step process, including two protective coating layers for lasting durability and a smooth feel.
• Before Shipping, each item is inspected to ensure it meets our standards and matches the customer's order and size

Each product is made by hand after you place your order.
Production takes around 1–5 days. Shipping times start once production is completed.

Returns are no problem at Ludosati. We have a 14-day return policy.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Custom orders such as custom engraving, custom stamping, custom color, custom size or custom locking collars cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
